If you wish to make a booking, we would like to speak to you personally in order to finalise all details.

Bookings are normally for full weeks only with Saturday the starting day. Please arrive after 4pm on your first Saturday and leave by 10am on the departure Saturday.
We also welcome short-stay requests outside Christmas/New Year, Easter week and the high season (June to September inclusive) To cover standing costs we price short stays at a modest premium over the weekly per diem rate for the same period.
All prices are quoted in Euros and include 7% Spanish VAT.
To secure your booking we ask you for an upfront deposit of 30% of the rental price - the deposit will be non-refundable.
Please pay the balance of your rental price at least 6 weeks before the start of your booking.
For cancellations made between six weeks and seven calendar days before the date of your booking, 70% of the total cost will be charged. For cancellations made within the seven calendar days prior to the date of your booking, the full amount of the cost will be charged.

- WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE PETS.
- THE CASA UNO HOUSE-NOTES LIST SHOPS IN LA CARLOTA WHICH STAY OPEN ALL DAY SATURDAY FOR FRESH MEAT, VEG ETC. YOU MAY ALSO LIKE TO ORDER HOME-COOKED MEALS FROM MARIBEL OVER THE WEEK-END. WE CAN SEND YOU A MENU.
