- The house is covered by super fast fibre optic wifi, enabling you to stream movies, play games online, watch live TV, and for those of you who have to.... work!
- Fully furnished luxury accommodation, normal letting period Saturday to Saturday.
- All bedrooms and living rooms have ceiling and standard cooling-fans. All rooms are also fully air-conditioned for extreme hot weather and for warmth in winter. We also have oil filled electric radiators to provide additional heating throughout. In addition the sitting room has a wood burning stove, and the dining area has a wall mounted electric radiator.
- All bed linen and towels including bathing-towels supplied. On request we will provide a weekly change of sheets.
- Cot and additional folding beds available.
- Full range of kitchen and utility equipment: fridge-freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher; iron and ironing board; (washing machine and tumble-dryer available on request).

A NOTE ON COMMUNICATIONS
- As well as the WIFI router now installed in Casa Uno, SmartPhones and other 3G-enabled devices are fully functional here - albeit better from the sunroof than within the house itself. There is also an internet café in nearby La Carlota.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
- Citizens of any EU member state have automatic rights of access to the Spanish NHS.
- There is a medical centre in La Carlota (Avenida de la Paz) and for all kinds of small or grave emergency, a 24-hour medical service at the Urgencia at the back of the same building.
The pharmacists in Las Carlota’s several chemists’ shops (Farmacias) are also helpful and well informed.
