A NOTE ON COMMUNICATIONS

• As well as the WIFI router now installed in Casa Uno, Blackberries and other G3-enabled PDAs are fully-functional here, and cell-phones work adequately - albeit better from the sun-roof than within the house itself. In emergency there can always be access to WIFI in the owner's own house 200 yards away. There is also an internet café in nearby La Carlota.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (BY ARRANGEMENT)

• Daily cleaning.
• Spanish cookery, from single dishes to entire meals.
• A driver for the day or half-day for big-city visits.
• Bodega visits to Montilla and Jerez.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

• As a citizen of an EU member state you have automatic rights of access to the excellent Spanish NHS.
• There is a medical centre in La Carlotta (Avenida de la Paz) and for all kinds of small or grave emergency, a 24-hour medical service at the Urgencia at the back of the same building.
• The pharmacists in Las Carlota’s several chemists shops (Farmacias) are also helpful and well-informed.
